How to place an order

Step 1: Download Our Order Form

 

Placing an order with us is quick and simple. Please start but downloading our order form by following >> this link <<.

 

If we have already sent you a quote for our services, then please include the quote reference number with your completed order form. If you have not yet received a quote from us, then please call us or use the enquiry form on the right. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

 

 

Step 2: Artwork Formats:

For the best quality finish, we recommend using vectorised files and not pixel based images. Vectoriesed images (with an .eps extension )can be resized without causing distortion to the image. You can create these ‘Encapsulated PostScript’ images using Adobe PhotoShop, Quark or Adobe InDesign. Our design team will be happy to assist you with any artwork and formatting enquiries.

 

 

Step 3: Send Us Your Content

 

Please send us a copy of your completed order form via email, fax or post. We have offices throughout the world, so please contact us for the postal address of your nearest Amstore branch.

 

If you have further content, such as artwork, video, music or other files, then please see below:

  • Artwork Files – if you have any artwork files such as PDF or image files then please email them to us. Alternatively, if they are particularly large files then please contact us for details of our FTP facilities. Please send all artwork files as vector based images and not pixel images.
  • Any you have any files which you would like to have copied onto your flash memory product (such as large PDF files, Microsoft Office files, audio, video, company brochures or presentations), then please contact us for more information regarding our file FTP system or ask your Amstore contact for further advice.

 

 

STEP 3: - PROOF and APPROVAL

 

Once we have received your artwork files, our in house design team will prepare a 3D mock-up visual representation of what your finished product will look like. We will then email this to you for your approval and you will have an opportunity to make any changes that you feel are necessary. Physical product proofs are available upon request. We will begin production as soon as we receive your written approval and payment.
